Totnes under 12 versus Brixham Sunday 7th Oct
An away game for Totnes under 12’s this week proved to be tougher opposition than the previous year. When play got under way, the Brixham pack immediately dominated the game with Totnes fighting on the defensive. However Totnes found their mettle when Ben Fenton picked up a loose ball and took advantage, sprinting 40 yards to the line for the first points on the board, with Matt Hodgeson successfully converting.
Brixham immediately answered this offensive with a try and conversion of their own to equal the score at 7 all at half time.
In the second half, both teams were unable to gain the upper hand and although, some very tight rugby was being played neither side gained the advantage and the game ended in a well deserved draw for both teams.
